REFUND POLICY

120-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At SM1 Health, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with complete confidence. That's why we offer a 120-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • Requests made after 120 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Product returns are not required and will not be accepted

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 120-day window from the confirmed delivery date.

Non-Eligible Refunds

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted outside of the 120-day guarantee period
  • Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 120-day window
  • Orders already processed or fulfilled once the 120-day period has passed
  • Requests made outside the stated policy terms

No exceptions are made beyond the 120-day money-back guarantee.

Subscriptions

If your order includes a subscription, it is the customer's responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription within the 120-day guarantee period. Subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, or canceling their subscription prior to renewal.

SM1 Health offers products that can be purchased through a subscription which will automatically renew unless canceled. If you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged every 30 days at the cadence of your choosing. You expressly agree that by submitting your initial order you accept and agree to the terms of the auto-renewal offer.

Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid a recurring charge, you must cancel before the last day of your billing period by contacting our team at hello@sm1health.com. All cancellations are effective on the last day of the billing period.
